The theatre hall is situated on the street floor and the first floor of the Tower 115 office building, with audience entries from the foyer area, surrounded by a café-seating and shops. The background for the performers can be accessed from the opposite side, i.e. from the forefield of the object in the street Pribinova. Due to the constricted space, the stage-part offers just limited configuration capabilities. The theatre however has been designed as multifunctional and so the shortcomings on the stage-side are counter-balanced by the retractability of the auditorium, enabling not just the organisation of commercial conferences, but also fashion shows or receptions.
The whole concept of the theatre’s operation is determined mainly by the limitations of the constricted space, as well as by the cooperation between experts in spatial-acoustics, stage lighting/sound, as well as the extensive experience of the future operators with artistic productions here in Slovakia as well as abroad (Slovenské Divadlo Tanca, the artistic ensemble Lúčnica, GASP, Zlaté husle (Golden Violins) ...).
The colour scheme based mainly on red shades, was explicitly wished by the choreographer and director Ján Ďurovčík. This is one of the reasons why the side-walls can be dynamically illuminated during the individual acts, incorporating and comprising the entire interior into the intensive artistic experience of both - the audience as well as the performers.
