Thanks to its architectonic and artistic qualities, the neo-classical Primate’s Palace belongs to one of the most sought after sites of Bratislava, being also the official seat of the capital’s head mayor. In 2009, the city’s city hall issued an anonymous tender for the new interior of the Palace’s mirror hall.
By our interior design, we strove to emphasise the historical interior, in which the newly inserted elements harmonise with the interior as such, decently supplementing the space and contributing to its solemn atmosphere. The design of the proposed elements is modern, timeless and elegant at the same time - made by renowned manufacturers. The dominant material genuine leather, light-weight maple veneer and (as supplementary material) chrome plated steel.
All new elements can be disassembled or stacked, guaranteeing maximum functional flexibility.
Part of the proposed solution were also the related premises at the mezzanine, primarily used for sessions of the City Council.
