The self-service restaurant is situated on the 2nd floor of the Lakeside Park office building in Bratislava, designed by us in the proceeding years.
The cafeteria consists of the sales area and the technical background, where we managed to design the kitchen + background area for the staff even on that constricted building site. The concerning restaurant area significantly limited a free and easy approach to creating and shaping new designs. Due to this, our one and only daring input was the mezzanine blended into the café-area. This is another reason why the architects focused mainly on harmonisation of the individual surfaces, the selection of quality furniture and the aesthetic finalisation of construction details in those cramped spaces. The colour scheme of the entire area is dominated by shades of green, combined with white and several areas of clear/milky glass executed as railings, tiles of the mezzanine floor and wooden siding/soffits.
