The Pyramis villa is situated in a villa district on a sloping ground with a marvellous view of the panorama of the city and the Danube river. Architectural composition is based on symmetry of a diagonally divided square layout with two residential units. On the ground floor, there is a free layout of the residential part with an option of designing the kitchen as an open or closed one. Bedrooms for children are situated on the first floor, while a bedroom for parents with a study can be found in the attic.
