A complex of 226 apartments at Drotárska cesta is situated in the attractive environment of Bratislava's hill called Machnáč. The residential houses have not more than seven floors arranged in sections, creating a "relaxed" nest, a pleasant and comfortable micro-space. The individual apartments have a very generous ground-plan and the authors have left the interior finalisation on the end-user. The result is a structure of seventeen different apartment-types, ranging from the smallest single-room apartments up to 4-room apartments with utility area ranging from 38 m2 up to 110 m2. Later on, two-floor underground garages for 87 cars (also designed by our office) have been added to the dwelling site
