The investor´s intention was to add low cost objects with small (so-called "starting") apartments to existing panel building site Pri Šajbách.
The project for the apartment houses consists of a design and implementation of three objects of different types: object ”A” is a stand-alone apartment house with 30 small apartments; object “B” is inserted into the gap between the original parallel panel houses with 48 apartments; object “C” is a tower apartment house with 35 apartments. The construction considers an overall vivification of the panel building site from the beginning of the 80's, and insinuates the way of seeking progressive and affordable dwelling forms.
