Born on January 11, 1953 in Levice - Slovakia.
1971-1977
Herman is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava /STU/, and he completed his studies with distinction and his thesis project of the wedding-hall in Dúbravka was really built.
1977-1981
Employee of the State Design and Standardisation institute /ŠPTÚ/ in Bratislava. As a newcomer designer, he participated in the project for the Istropolis congress centre in Bratislava.
1981-1984
Long-term professional stay in Algeria, as architect/town designer at the CNETU Blida centre. He participated in projects for residential areas and town-planning schemes pursuant to French methodology.
1985-1991
Hermann worked again at the ŠPTÚ Bratislava as independent designer-architect, later as project team leader.
1986
Short-term work-stay in Paris in connection with the project of the Forum hotel in Bratislava. Herman is author of the dwelling-complex comprising 226 apartments at Machnáč in Bratislava. This structure represented the Slovak architecture at the UIA congress in Barcelona and was nominated by the international jury for the architecture exhibition of Central and East European countries within the International Fair in Leipzig.
1991-1995
Juraj Hermann went to Vienna, where he worked at the architect office Architektbüro Leibetseder. At the end of 1991, he has established the company Project - Team Bratislava s.r.o., a Bratislava-based company processing projects for Austria and construction projects for Moscow (along with the architect Leibetseder and the company Loft Consult G.m.b.H. Wien).
1995-2015
Terminated his cooperation with Loft Consult G.m.b.H. Wien, and is focused on projects for international and Slovak investors in Slovakia. Currently he is the Executive of P - T spol. s r.o. in Bratislava, and with eleven workmates takes active part in construction projects for Carrefour a. s., Polus a. s., Eurotel a. s., T. A. P. International s r. o., Trigranit Development Slovakia s r. o., IMMOEAST, and J&T REAL ESTATE a. s.
