The Austrian company ZIZALA Lichtsysteme GmbH is a successful contractor in vehicle-lighting. The company runs a subsidiary in the village Krušovce (at Topoľčany), where (based on our design-project) the main production hall and its warehousing background got extended by new assembly halls, approximately tripling the resulting production of headlights.
From the urbanistic/architectonic point of view, those halls of the planned stages II and III constitute simple single-floor structures. Under the hall of stage III, there is also a basement, technically exploiting the slant of the terrain towards the brook Bedziansky potok. The above-ground part is designed as an assembled reinforced concrete hall with five naves, measuring approx. 114 x 120m. The hall is less than 10 metres tall.
Inside the hall - headlights get assembled from trucked-in components. For handling shape-pressing tools, two gantry-cranes have been provided. Each of them hoists up to 10 tons and is controlled from the floor. The shipping of the headlights takes place in the shipping-storage part in the north-east parts o the hall.
The colour scheme of this object is based on the scheme defined by ZKW Slovakia.
