This villa from the early 20th century is situated in a beautiful district of Austria’s capital. Following the purchase of this object by a foreign investor, we have been approached to elaborate a re-building project, but finally our engineering company provided just the architectonic study.
Our architectonic design consequently followed the investor's explication for the highly demanding and very decorative execution of the external as well as internal promises. Those were planned for representative purposes (street floor) as well as for apartment units on the floors above. Part of the design was also the Turkish bath, incl. a passage leading to the garden, a fountain in the central part of the lot and an arbour in the rear part.
