The carpark in the street Landererova, has been erected for the staff and visitors of the Tower 115 office building (the former Presscentrum). This building is being refurbished in the preceding years based on designs elaborated by our engineering company. This is the very reason, why we finally selected a cladding based on the same creative rules as applied with the office building's facades.
The overall volume-solution of the multi-storey car park complies with the internal parking management, using so-called Hume half-ramps for moving the vehicles between the individual storeys. The two underground floors have been set into the terrain “at the expense” of the original space of the old garages, which however have never been put to use due to the bad technical condition. Their possible refurbishing was not economically worthwhile.
