We compiled a verification study for office buildings on the lot for a private investor. Those are situated in the vicinity of the harbour bridge (Prístavný most) in Bratislava. The smaller of them (being the 1st stage) is supposed to be the headquarters of a state-owned company. The second stage should increase the rental space on the real estate market.
Together, both objects constitute an attractive composition-concept, actively responding to the arc of the elevated road of the motorway bridge, contrasting the peace of office life (using the vertical substance of the tower-structures) with the dynamics of this arterial road.
