The shopping centre with a total floor area of utility promises 26 344 m2 and a capacity of 1100 parking lots is situated at the Vysokoškolákov street, in the close proximity of the University of Žilina, of the municipal swimming-pool and the circular sports hall. It functions as a regional shopping centre. From the elliptically shaped shopping passage – there are accessible boutiques and the food court with a total rental area of 10 374 m2. The rear part houses the hypermarket Carrefour with a selling space of 7 408 m2. The shopping centre's architectonic style is different from shopping centres with Carrefour hypermarkets. It uses e.g. natural coloured masonry on the main facade, at the emphasised entrances – having their own affinity and carrying an important heritage of the regional Modern-style shopping building in Žilina i.e. the municipal market hall, designed by F. Čapka. For the colour solution of the facades, colours of the town Žilina were used, i.e. green and yellow. The elliptical shape of the shopping passage gets reflected in the dynamic segment of the main facade - made of glass and decorative concrete.
